Juan Concepcion Diaz-Torres, 87, of Willimantic passed away Thursday October 19, 2023 at Windham Hospital. He was the son of the late Concepcion Diaz Miranda and Carmen Torres Colon.
Born on January 8, 1936 in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico he resided in Willimantic, CT. He loved working on cars and enjoyed music, good food and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Virgenmina Lopez,; daughter Carmen Diaz; grandchildren, Sarai Munoz, Johanlee Perez, Cristian Perez, great granddaughter Arely Munoz; sisters, Nelly Cabilla, Carmen M Aguirre, Margarita Diaz and 4 brothers.
Funeral services will be held Thursday Oct 26, at 10AM at Funeraria del Pilar 71 Prospect St, Willimantic. Burial will be in New Willimantic Cemetery.
