Carmen Olga Velez-Ruiz, 76, of Willimantic passed away Wednesday April 3, 2024.
Born on December 27, 1947 in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico she was the daughter of Concepcion Velez and Braulia Ruiz.
Services and burial will be held in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico.
